Using local honey donated by Berrytime Asia, you’ll be baking under the guidance of master chef Shima Shimizu who will teach you the secret to making a delicious loaf of sourdough along with information on nutrition.
After completing the three hour workshop you’ll take home a lovely fresh honey sourdough loaf, a batch of dough you can bake at home, a recipe sheet and a pack of Foodcraft’s Raw Granola. There are only ten spaces per class, so be sure to book your place fast!
