Sesame Kitchen is excited to join hands with Foodlink Foundation to fight hunger and reduce food waste in Hong Kong. For just HK $480 you can join this Honeycomb Sourdough Baking Class* to be a part of the movement, with all profits donated to Foodlink Foundation.
Using local honey donated by Berrytime Asia, you’ll be baking under the guidance of master chef Shima Shimizu who will teach you the secret to making a delicious loaf of sourdough along with information on nutrition.
After completing the three hour workshop you’ll take home a lovely fresh honey sourdough loaf, a batch of dough you can bake at home, a recipe sheet and a pack of Foodcraft’s Raw Granola. There are only ten spaces per class, so be sure to book your place fast!
