Take Part In A Free Group Fitness Training Session At Sun Yat-Sen Park

Meet at the crosses at Sun Yat Sen Park and be prepared to give your body a much needed morning work out.

Every Wednesday, from 7am sharp, you can get involved with a free fitness workout to kick start your hump day morning.

With a workout including a seven minute warm up, a 30 minute workout and a seven minute cool down you’ll be ready to take on the rest of the day after.
