Oftentimes you’ll find that regular grocery stores don’t stock that specialty item you need to cook an exotic dish. Luckily these top Cape Town delis stock a wide range of unique foods and imported products. They’re also ideal for meeting up with a friend for a quick coffee and bite to eat.

Giovanni’s

This vibrant Italian deli is a Cape Town institution and much-loved place to grab breakfast, lunch and dinner. There’s also a meat and cheese counter where you can stock up on cold-cuts and Italian cheeses, and a take-away counter that serves a delicious array of ready-made food.
