Some are quiet and cozy, others are loud with laughter, but all come highly recommended. Below are some of our favorite destinations if you’re looking for a light meal and a cuppa.

It’s always time for coffee at Koffietijd, a coffee shop and tea garden within a popular garden center in the east of Pretoria. Not only does the scent of roses fill the air, but if you listen closely you will also hear the braying of the petting zoo’s donkey, followed by the sound of children giggling. A large play area complete with jungle gym keeps the little ones entertained while parents take the chance to relax with a cappuccino.
