Breakfast at the hotel then with your Egyptologist guide start your day tour by visiting the Pyramids of Giza where the greatness has been embodied in three pyramids with a limestone statue of Sphinx guarding the whole area. The Giza Pyramids and the Great Sphinx are among the most popular tourist destinations in the World, and indeed already were even in Roman times. Each of these spectacular Pyramids served as the final resting place of the Pharaoh king of the 4th Dynasty (Many people & scholars now don’t believe this theory) The Great Pyramid of Giza was built for King Khufu (c.2589–2566 BC), and the other two for Khafre and Menkaure, his son and grandson. Khufu’s pyramid is both the oldest and largest of the three, and the first building to exceed it in height would not be built for another 3,800 years. Although the three pyramids dominate the plateau, they are in fact surrounded by many other monuments, enjoy stunning photos on the Panorama of the Pyramids then move to the Great Sphinx of Giza It was carved directly out of the bedrock during the 4th Dynasty which also makes it the oldest. Ancient Egyptian sphinxes represented the king with the body of a lion, in a clear demonstration of his power.

The Great Sphinx has captured the imagination of travelers and explorers for millennia, even in ancient Egyptian times. During the 18th Dynasty, it came to be seen as a manifestation of the sun god, and was called Horemakhet 'Horus in the Horizon'. King Amenhotep II (c.1427–1400 BC) built a temple next to the Sphinx, which he dedicated to this god. His son, Thutmose IV (c.1400–1390 BC), erected a monumental stela between its front paws, called the Dream Stela, on which he recorded a fascinating event.

After your visit to the Giza Plateau enjoy your Lunch at a local Restaurant. Then move to the Grand Egyptian Museum, the world's largest Archaeological Museum dedicated to a single civilization. The collection consisting of King Tutankhamun's tomb and tens of thousands of other rare and unique archaeological finds has found a new home in a museum built on the plateau of the pyramids of Giza.

The Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) is one of the mega national projects that is a great addition to Egyptian tourism and international cultural and media tourism. It reflects the extent of Egyptian international cooperation, as it is considered one of the largest civilizational and archaeological projects in the world, and the largest museum in the world dedicated to one civilization, which is the ancient Egyptian civilization. After that back to your hotel.

Covering some 40 hectares
(100 acres), Karnak is a vast site. For more than 1,500 years it was the most important religious and intellectual center in Ancient Egypt especially during the golden age of the empire. Begun during the Old Kingdom, became the national shrine from the 11th Dynasty, c.2134BC. The temple complex was expanded during the following centuries, with each pharaoh adding his own shrines and monuments to make his mark. Karnak was abandoned around the 4th century AD
when the Egyptians turned to Christianity.

The Karnak Temple was connected to Luxor temple by a 3km long processional Avenue of Sphinxes a part of which is still visible, the rest of which is currently undergoing excavation. Eventually, it will be renovated in its entirety all the way to Luxor temple. After your tour in the Karnak temple head to the Temple of Luxor was dedicated to the mighty Theban triad of Amun, Mut, and Khonsu. The core of the temple was built by Amenhotep III the grandfather of King Tutankhamun (1390–1352 BC), and even though it was embellished and expanded several times, its plan remains much simpler and more compact than the complex in Karnak
