2. Stillery Bar

Stillery Bar offers a diverse list of cocktails and an elegant atmosphere. They use more than 70 different types of gin to create your favorite drinks. One of the most sophisticated touches is their seven-meter-long marble and leather bar. For cooler nights they have a beautiful marble fireplace. Although they specialize in gin drinks, they also offer beer, wine, and delicious food.

Vine offers both French-influenced cuisine and a spectacular wine bar, and the restaurant is spread out between an indoor and outdoor area. The cream-colored interior is modern and has a homey, intimate feeling, and their wine list consists of more than 50 specially selected wines. Be sure to make a reservation, as the restaurant gets pretty crowded on weekends.

Casablanca is not your typical nightclub; it is elegant and upscale, and they even offer an early dinner. The nightclub is very intimate, and offers different venues for whatever you feel like. Their martini bar is the centerpiece of the club and is very sophisticated, and the club offers a VIP area you can reserve in advance for special occasions. In addition, they have private booths and lounges for parties.

The Sheaf offers a different experience in Double Bay – their famous beer garden is outdoors and offers a casual and lively environment. They offer great food along with their drinks. Located inside the Golden Sheaf Hotel is the posh cocktail lounge known as Soda, which is small and cozy. Everything in the interior is decorated in velvet, the walls are black and white, and red curtains accent the room. The lounge is spread over three rooms making the space very intimate, with an additional outdoor area on the terrace.
