This DIY (do-it-yourself) Tel Aviv summer cocktail list is for those who want to enjoy their summer cocktail drinks in the most fun, and inexpensive way. Start off your drink bucket list with your classic Israeli drinks, and then continue it with special summer drinks featuring many different types of alcohol, Tel Aviv style.

Arak Attack

This classic Israeli drink is the perfect summer alcoholic quencher. Pour about an ounce of arak or more, depending on how strong you want the drink, with a little bit of grenadine for flavor and ice. To top it off, add orange juice to create the perfect balance.

Mimosa

Mimosas are a classic brunch favorite and extremely easy to make. All you need is orange juice and sparkling wine or Champagne for this fun summer drink. Pour the wine or Champagne first with an equal ratio to the orange juice and make sure the drink is chilled before serving.

Smashin’ Strawberry Gin

If you’re looking for a more fruity-flavored drink, this one’s for you. The order of ingredients placed in this cocktail is crucial to its taste. First, add half a teaspoon of sugar mixed with juice from a lime wedge, and then add three strawberries. Following this, add however much gin you prefer, add some ice and top it off with a little bit of club soda and mint leaves for the perfect flavor.

Bourbon Slush

Creating the ultimate slush alcoholic drink isn’t as hard as you think. For this unique tasting of peach bourbon slush, you need three cups of frozen peaches, ginger ale, bourbon, a little bit of lime juice, and some sugar if you wish to make it sweeter. Put all of it in a blender, and mix it together to get that perfect summer slushy drink.

Kiwi Sour

A vodka kiwi sour is a perfect drink to satisfy both your sweet and sour cravings. To make this drink, start with kiwi and mint at the bottom of a shaker and crush them well. Then add ice, vodka, and triple sec. Shake this kickin’ drink well and strain all extra contents, add a bit of club soda, and your drink is ready to go!
