Restaurant Pastis has long been one of the classic places in Copenhagen for sophisticated dining. The team describe the place as being ‘uncompromisingly French’ and they rightfully take credit for being one of the founding places for French food in Copenhagen. The signature dish, steak frites accompanied by a Béarnaise sauce, comes highly recommended. In addition, Pastis has excellent fish dishes and a large selection of champagne.
