2. Henny’s Gourmet

From the classic maple syrup or Nutella, to the extremely indulgent dark Belgium chocolate mousse and red velvet with cream cheese frosting, they serve delicious waffles with a variety of toppings. Extremely well priced, the only downside to this food truck is its short opening hours in the evening, meaning frequently lengthy queues. Located at the extreme corner end of Salunkhe Vihar Road, Henny, the owner is said to be quite erratic with his timings. A word of advice, give them a call or check their Facebook page before you turn up.

Burgertron

There are many food trucks in Pune specializing in burgers, however what differentiates the Burgertron is the generous size of their burgers and the sauces they add. This place is a delight for meat lovers. Try out their classic chicken steak burger, while crab, prawns, and squid are some other options that you wouldn’t find at every burger joint. This food truck also offers an exciting range of French fries.

Their original idea was to attract students; today, this food truck attracts folks from all walks of life. The finger-licking Hot Mess is a heap of French fries topped with spicy bean mixture, pica de gallo salsa and cheese. The Chicken in a Mess also sells like hot cakes. Another highlight of this food truck is that their menu keeps changing frequently. The chicken burger and jerk chicken are a treat, as is the Banoffee Burger.

4. Boston Food Truck

The Boston Food Truck aims to bring quintessential Boston cuisine all the way from the land of food trucks to Pune. You can locate this truck at Wakad in the evenings. They have an extravagant menu for a food truck, serving American, Italian, Mexican and Lebanese cuisines. A recent addition to their menu is desserts. A must-try here is the thin-crust Boston pizza, the pink sauce pasta and the hot dogs.
